Philipp Fallmerayer and Ivo Messner, both from Brixen, have worked their way around the world. They have gained experience in South Tyrol, Asia, Australia, Dubai, Kazakistan and Switzerland. They have been taught by Michelin Star Chefs and are always looking for new inspirations.
